         Our business began after realizing that my Hibachi Chef skills were requested by many of my customers and noticed that this field has a high demand, which has not been met yet. During the 10 years of my hibachi experience I have been asked several times if I provide my services to private parties; however, I was not prepared nor equipped to start that business, but with the years I have gained enough experience and skills to provide an outstanding performance and excellent quality Japanese cuisine.
